Brief Introduction of Kaida Tiejian                                          

Kaida Tiejian Electrification Railway Parts and Components Co., Ltd was established in March of 1998, locating in Cangzhou City in North China Plain and to the coast of Bohai Sea. It is close to Beijing - Shanghai Railway, Beijing - Jiujiang railway, Shuohuang Railway as well as close to Beijing – Shanghai Express way, Daguang Express Way, Shihuang Express Way, Baocang Express Way, only 28km to Cangzhou West Station of Beijing – Shanghai High Speed Railway, enjoying very convenient transportation conditions.
The company covers area of 39000 m2, with building area of 118002 m2. The total asset reach to RMB 200 million Yuan. There are 138 employees, among whom, there are 138 senior engineers. It owns advanced manufacturing and inspecting equipment of more than 120 sets, having competent capabilities of manufacturing, inspecting and testing of OCS parts and components.

Kaida Tiejian is one of the specially designated enterprises of China Railway Administrative, of which the products have obtained the Certificate of Test Verification of Conformity issued by CRCC. It also owns HSE system certificate. It now has 6 manufacturing workshops and 1 inspection center, mainly producing OCS parts and components, steel pole/mast, and electrical fittings, with annual production capacity of more than 12000 tons. Its products have been widely used in China by many electrified railways, high speed railways, passenger dedicated railway as well as urban rail transit including light rail and metro so that it boasts very rich experiences. Furthermore, it also has overseas experiences such as railway from Addis Ababa to Djibouti in Africa and railway from Mohan to Vientiane in Laos. The products both provided in China and overseas obtained comments with high appraise.         In the year of 2007, our company signed a technology transfer agreement with Osaka Electric Power Co., Ltd for the transfer of Shinkansen OCS parts, as the first China’s cooperating enterprise manufacturing products in accordance with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards). The products have been successfully applied for such regions with strong wind or Coastal areas as railway from Lanzhou to Xinjiang, Southern Xinjiang Railway, Guangfo Ring Line, New Baiguang Intercity Railway.                                               
From the year of 2005, cooperating with F+F of Switzerland, our company has developed rigid suspension device for conductor rail applicable for the use in tunnel or for the use of subway, and has supplied large amount products with good quality for Wushaoling tunnel, Guanjiao Tunnel, Zhongtianshan Tunnel, Tianjin Diameter line, S1 line in Wenzhou City, Guangzhou metro line no. 18 and Guangzhou metro line no. 22.

By technology introduction, research and development, our company has obtained 18 utility model patents and has obtained such honors as “Enterprise with Famous Brand”, “Famous Products” and “Hi-Tech Enterprise” issued by Hebei Province, “Science and Technology Progress Medal” and “Cangzhou Enterprise Technical Center” issued by Cangzhou city.
